Program Ads

Your ad will appear in all three programs for our current concert season:

  • Holiday Concert

  • Pops Concert

  • Spring Concert

Approximately 1,500 programs will be distributed to local residents.

For an additional fee, we can feature your ad on our website increasing your exposure and connecting you with our online community of music enthusiasts. Ad Specifications

  • All ads should be submitted in high-resolution PDF format (300 dpi minimum). All fonts and graphics must be embedded.

  • The file dimensions should be the actual size of the ad. For example, a PDF file submitted for ¼ ad should measure 2.45 x 3.97 in. No crop or registration marks are needed.

  • Ad content must be submitted no later than October 28

  • Please contact us for design assistance if needed.
