Thank you for supporting us this concert season! Please complete this form to order your program and website ad.

Program Ads

Your ad will appear in all three programs for our current concert season:

  • Holiday Concert

  • Pops Concert

  • Spring Concert

Approximately 1,500 programs will be distributed to local residents.

Website Ads

Enhance your visibility! When you purchase a program ad, you have the opportunity to extend your reach to our digital audience. For an additional fee, we can feature your ad on our website increasing your exposure and connecting you with our online community of music enthusiasts. This digital placement continues throughout the current concert season and the entire summer ensuring your message continues to resonate long after the final notes of our concert have faded.

    • Versatile size for a balance of impact and affordability

Quarter Page Vertical Ad

    • Dimensions: 2.45" x 23.97"

    • Compact size, great for small businesses or simple messages

Eighth Page Horizontal Ad

    • Dimensions: 2.45" x 1.95"

    • Accommodates a standard business card design

    • Economical option for basic contact information or small logos

Ad Specifications

  • All ads should be submitted in high-resolution PDF format (300 dpi minimum). All fonts and graphics must be embedded.

  • The file dimensions should be the actual size of the ad. For example, a PDF file submitted for ¼ ad should measure 2.45 x 3.97 in. No crop or registration marks are needed.

  • Ad content must be submitted no later than October 28

  • Please contact us for design assistance if needed.
