The River City Youth Choir
Join the River City Youth Choir, as they prepare to sing their premier concert in River City Chorale’s 50th Anniversary Concert in May! Young singers will grow their voices, build music skills and perform with high quality community singers.
River City Youth Choir welcomes singers ages 10-13 to join us for an exciting spring season of music-making! As River City Chorale celebrates 50 years of choral excellence in Sacramento, we're thrilled to launch this new program for young vocalists ready to explore their musical potential.
Under the direction of Destiny Elazier, students will develop their singing voices, learn essential music skills, and experience the joy of performing alongside Sacramento's premier community chorus. Whether your child is new to choral singing or looking to grow their talents, River City Youth Choir offers a supportive, engaging environment where young musicians thrive.
Information
Ages: 10-13 youths who love to sing!
Audition Date: Tuesday, January 13, 2026. A short informational meeting will be held at 4:30 pm on each date for parents and singers, followed by 5 minute auditions for each interested young person.
Time: 4:30 pm
